How to distinguish the quality of LED screen modules? Some people may think we can distinguish it according to its appearance. However, the appearance of most factories’ LED screen modules are same now. It is hard to distinguish it just according to the appearance. As for outdoor rental LED display screens, there are the following ways to distinguish it.

1.Compare the brightness. Turn on the LED modules and compare their brightness with each other to check if their brightness can meet your demand.

2.Compare the electric current. Many people distinguish the outdoor LED display rental screens according to the electrical resistance type. This is unscientific way. Because the electrical resistance cannot determine the size of the overall electric current of the LED screen modules. Theoretically, the electric current of white light is no more than 20 mA, other light is no more than 25 mA. There are 2-5 mA difference during our practical application.
Some of the outdoor rental LED screens have good performance at first, but it looks dim after 1 years or a long time, especially white light. People may think the reason is lumens depreciation. Actually, it is because the electric current is too large.

3.Check if the LED chip’s light is even. If the light is not even, then there might be some brightness difference when using them. When checking the LED modules of outdoor rental LED display, pay attention if there is chromatic aberration. White paper can not easily check out it, so we need to use thick acrylic board. This is an important way to distinguish the quality of the LED screen modules.

4.The electric wires. Cut the wire and check how many wire cores the wire have. 15, 17,19 and even 20, 30 wire cores LED modules are better than 14, 11 wire cores ones.

5.The temperature of LED modules. After the outdoor rental LED display screens modules turned on after a while, use finger to touch it and check if its temperature is high. If it is higher than they others, its working stability may not good.

6.Soldering and epoxy dripping technique. These two aspects will influence the maintenance and repair work in the future. If the soldering and epoxy dripping technique is not good, there might cause some trouble when using it.
