Four Basic Connection Methods of Outdoor Rental LED Display Screen Modules

The LED screens, as we seen everywhere, are not a whole piece. It is connected by pieces of LED screen modules. The connection work is not easy. If they are not connected in right way, the screen may not work. Let’s take the outdoor rental LED display screen as an example, to show you the connection method.
When connecting the LED modules, we need to connect them according to the requests. On one hand, it should meet the demand of size, brightness, visual image, color, etc. On the other hand, the drivers configuration should also be considered.

The followings are four basic connection methods of outdoor rental LED display screens modules.

1.All series connection;
This is a very commonly seen connection methods. It connect the first LED screen modules to the last one. By using this method, the electricity circuit goes through the modules are even. The outdoor rental LED display screens can work much stable.

2.All parallel connection;
There are two kinds of parallel connection ways: one is simple parallel connection, the other one is independent matching parallel connection way. Simple parallel connection way connect the first LED module and last module in parallel, then the voltage is even on every led module when they are working. This way are not good enough. Independent matching parallel connection way can protect the outdoor rental LED display screens better. If one of the module or wires out of work, it will not influence other modules’ work. This way is preferred by more and more LED screen rental service provider.

3.Connection in series and parallel (mixed);
The series connection and parallel connection all have advantages, this way will use their advantages together. There are also two kinds of mixed connection ways: one is series connection first and then parallel connection, another is parallel connection first and then series connection.

4.Intersection connection;
This is a way that can improve the working stability and lower the failure rate of the LED screen modules. It is also a very commonly used connection way nowadays.
Actually, the above four connection ways have their own advantages and disadvantages, when the engineers are connecting the outdoor rental screen modules, they need to consider according to the practical situation and choose the best connection ways. Better connection way can make the outdoor rental LED display screen working more stable.
